Simbe Chinese - Pinyin Translator

Here is the latest Simbe creation, Simbe Translator. This tool provides user the ability to translate mandarin characters to the Pinyin. The best aid to those who are not knowing Chinese characters.
Simply put the Chinese words or phrase into the box given, then execute by pressing the button to generate the Pinyin below the box. Feel free to use it at http://pinyin.simbe.net/. Don’t forget to bookmark it in your browser.

There are many languages in which all characters can be expressed by single byte. Multi-byte character codes are used to express many characters for many languages. While there are many languages in which every necessary character can be represented by a one-to-one mapping to an 8-bit value, there are also several languages which require so many characters for written communication that they cannot be contained within the range a mere byte can code (A byte is made up of eight bits. Each bit can contain only two distinct values, one or zero. Because of this, a byte can only represent 256 unique values (two to the power of eight)). Multibyte character encoding schemes were developed to express more than 256 characters in the regular bytewise coding system. Multibyte string function (mbstring) is developed to handle Japanese characters and other language also.

Social Works

On Tuesday September 30th 08, SIMBE were involved in doing social works. This events was sponsored by Batam Florist, Wisma Atlanta and us. The general idea of this social works was to help the poor to fill up their stomach on the celebration of the last day of Ramadhan and to welcome the AidilFitri.
On that day we scouted a lot of places where the poor are living and we distributed the meal box to them.
The food preparation took a real hard work but fortunately we have many kindhearted friends who were willing to give us help.
What we can do might just be a glimpse of help but to them its just like a bright bless from heaven. To know that we can help them a bit, we have felt content.
We believe the act to help the poor whenever and wherever we can is a wonderful thing to do so we have decided to make this event every year. And we will support any kind of charity acts as much as we can.
Virus Rieysha is a virus that supposed to be from Yogyakarta (Indonesia). Detected as W32/Autorun.FCN, this virus was made by using Borland Delphi 6.0 and is using TXT icon (Text Document).
Each time we turn on the computer or everytime we execute a file that have .TXT, .BAT, .DOC, or .INI extention, it’ll trigger a message that stated “Sayang Kapan Kamu Balik Ke Indonesia? Apa Kamu Kembali Dengan Hatimu Yang Dulu?”
