Simbe Chinese - Pinyin Translator
Here is the latest Simbe creation, Simbe Translator. This tool provides user the ability to translate mandarin characters to the Pinyin. The best aid to those who are not knowing Chinese characters.
Simply put the Chinese words or phrase into the box given, then execute by pressing the button to generate the Pinyin below the box. Feel free to use it at http://pinyin.simbe.net/. Don’t forget to bookmark it in your browser.
Any comment using the tool, we would gladly hear to it.

Yes, it can either translates simplified or traditional characters as well.

It’s a useful tool. Just curious what library did you use for the chinese characters-pinyin translation?

actually we’re developing a new library from this project using PHP Multibyte String Function. But it’s still in developing progress, that’s why we’r putting Beta sign on our title
